Description of the in-depth biological cleaning procedure / treatment applied exclusively by FM Hellas:

The cleaning process is carried out in three main phases:

At first, a test is carried out in an inconspicuous area.

The first phase of cleaning your valuable furniture is vacuuming all the areas with a professional compound machine where high frequency vibration and fine brushing is applied in combination with the vacuuming - process.

The second & third phase of our high developed bio-cleaning method is applying hypersteam for in-depth cleaning and disinfection of the furniture and the “inside” (e.g. pillows, fillings etc.) and removing the final residue with an effective vacuuming - process.

Hypersteam at a temperature of 170 – 180 C (Celsius) is appr. 95% dry.

Our professional vacuum systems / compounds are equipped with high technology filter – systems (highly effective HEPA filters from Hepa – class H14 until U17 with a total retention of up to 99.999995%, multiple cyclone separators, electrostatic precipitators (ESP), Reverse-pulse/Reverse-jet cleaning, ULPA -ultra-low penetration air).
